
In this VR experience, my goal was to place the player in an extraordinary situation: as a shrunken character, they would navigate through the captivating exhibition design of "werkschau2022" in Virtual Reality and overcome a challenging escape room scenario to ultimately explore the exhibition.
Concept
Since I had been responsible for planning the exhibition design of this year's "werkschau," I chose to use this creative environment as the foundation for my VR experience.
At the beginning of the experience, the player enters what seems to be an empty exhibition space. While exploring the room, they notice a mysterious chessboard that holds a special task for them. After successfully solving the puzzle of the chessboard, the player learns that it has caused them to shrink in size. In this diminished state, they must now solve two more challenging puzzles to reach their objective.


Game Path
After successfully solving all the puzzles in their shrunken state, the player returns to their normal size and finds themselves back in the exhibition. However, everything has changed: the once dark and empty environment has transformed into a complete exhibition.
Instead of a single displayed chessboard, there is now a multitude of fascinating exhibits and creative works that captivate and inspire the player.
